Are your products medicines?
No. Everything we sell is an ordinary food. We make no medical claims, and nothing here treats, cures or prevents disease.
Where do the herbs come from?
Most come from our own 60,000-mu base on Mount Taibai in Shaanxi, or from named growing regions such as Tongchuan (danshen, scutellaria), Xinhui (aged tangerine peel) and Ningxia (goji). Each batch carries a supplier file.
Do you test for pesticides and heavy metals?
Yes — soil, water and residue are tested, and batch results are available to buyers on request. We do not publish a claim we cannot show a record for.
Where is it made?
Processing runs through Shenzhen Kangside Protein Engineering in the Pingshan biomedical park: a Class-100,000 GMP cleanroom, operating since 1998. Some pastes are made in Xi'an.
How does the solar-term system work?
Every product is tied to a solar term — Shuangjiang, Qiufen, Lidong and so on. The idea is simple: the menu changes when the season does, rather than staying fixed all year.
Can children, pregnant or nursing women eat these?
They are foods, but if you are pregnant, nursing, feeding a child, taking medication or managing a condition, ask your doctor before changing your diet. We do not give individual medical advice.
How long does it keep?
Each pack states shelf life and storage. Pastes and teas are typically 12 months sealed; keep them cool, dry and away from light. Biscuits are shorter.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship from Shenzhen. Rates and delivery times are shown at checkout; food import rules differ by country, and you are responsible for local rules on personal imports.
What is your returns policy?
Unopened food can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Opened food cannot, for safety reasons. If something arrives damaged, send a photo and we replace it.
Can I see the price in my currency?
Prices are listed in CNY with an approximate USD equivalent. Card payment is processed in USD at checkout; your bank may add a conversion fee.
Do you work with partners or venues?
Yes — tasting sessions and venue partnerships, plus an advisor programme with a single-level referral commission. Training fees never purchase the right to sell.
Why is there no ‘generational inheritor’ claim on this site?
Because we cannot substantiate one. We describe what we can show: the mountain, the plant, the kitchen and the process.
