Three things first: we sell ordinary food and topical products — not medicines; prices are quoted per order and confirmed before payment; unopened goods can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

1. Scope

These terms cover orders placed on yaowanglab.com and wholesale quotations issued by the Yaowang Lab export desk. By paying an invoice or completing checkout you accept them. See also our Privacy policy.

2. What our products are

  1. All items are ordinary foods or topical non-medical products, made to food standards. They are not medicines, not medical devices, and not registered health supplements.
  2. We make no claim to prevent, treat or cure any disease. Ingredient, origin, batch and caution notes are provided; nothing on this site is medical advice.
  3. Each item lists who should avoid it (pregnancy, breastfeeding, medication, specific dietary situations). Read that line before ordering.

3. Orders and contract

  1. Product pages are an invitation to order; the contract forms when payment is received (or when a wholesale invoice is countersigned).
  2. If stock, testing or customs makes fulfilment impossible, we cancel and refund in full within 3 business days.
  3. We may refuse orders that appear fraudulent or that we cannot legally ship to your destination.

4. Prices, freight and duties

  1. Prices are quoted in USD unless stated otherwise. The amount shown at checkout or on the quotation is the amount charged.
  2. Freight is calculated at checkout. Import duties, VAT/GST and customs clearance charges levied at destination are the buyer's responsibility unless the quotation says DDP.
  3. Wholesale prices are valid for the period stated on the quotation; afterwards we re-quote rather than silently change an invoice.

5. Shipping

Dispatch from Xi'an, Shenzhen or Macau, normally within 3 business days of cleared payment. Transit times depend on the carrier and destination. Please inspect parcels on arrival: report damage, shortage or wrong items within 7 days with photographs and the order number.

6. Returns and refunds

SituationWhat we do
Unopened, resaleable goods — within 14 days of deliveryRefund on return; return freight paid by the buyer unless the fault is ours

Wrong or short shipmentReplacement or refund within 48 hours of verification

Refunds are made to the original payment method. Bank and card processing usually takes 3–10 business days.

7. Wholesale, private label and samples

  1. Wholesale and private label are governed by a written quotation and, where relevant, a supply agreement that prevails over these terms.
  2. Sample kits are charged and credited against the first order above the agreed minimum.
  3. Label declarations, ingredient lists and export documents are prepared per destination; the buyer remains responsible for local registration and labelling compliance.

8. Partner venues and promoters

Venues and promoters work under a separate service agreement. We pay service fees only — no joining fee, no stock loading, no multi-level recruitment, no payment of fees to individuals. Promoters must not collect payment from customers, must not produce their own efficacy claims, and must not retain customer health information.

9. Intellectual property

Text, photography, layout and marks on this site belong to us or their licensors. Personal sharing and short quotations with attribution are fine; commercial reuse needs written permission.

10. Liability

We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control (natural events, customs holds, carrier failure). Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the value of the affected order. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. We will always try to resolve a dispute by correspondence first. Consumers in the EU/UK keep the protection of their local mandatory rules.
