Without an account, there is no repeat customer and no reliable after-sales record.
The member centre keeps registration, member profile and order lookup in one place. Prices remain placeholders, so checkout is deliberately closed. The account captures real demand, preserves an intent list and prepares the record for repeat purchase and support once pricing is approved.
Customer accounts are separate from the practitioner growth console and never receive back-office access. Passwords are stored as hashes only; sessions last 30 days and can be ended at any time.
The boundary comes first.
Only what is needed
Name, email or phone, password and consent record. No identity documents, medical records or health-privacy intake.
No payment before approval
While pricing is locked, the checkout endpoint refuses the request. No order is created and no deposit is collected.
No renewal maze
Any future recurring plan must support self-service skip and cancel, with the cancellation route visible at the top level of the account page.
